Ingredients
Fruits
70g watermelon
40g green grapes
Liquid Ingredients
1 bottle Yakult (approximately 65ml)
10g homemade simple syrup
Others
Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions
Crush the grapes: Gently crush the green grapes to release their juice and place them at the bottom of your serving cup to create a fruity base.
Add ice cubes: Fill the cup with ice cubes to chill the drink and keep it refreshing.
Pour syrup and Yakult: Pour the prepared syrup followed by the Yakult drink over the ice, allowing the flavors to blend.
Top with crushed watermelon: Crush the watermelon into small pieces and add it on top of the drink for a sweet and juicy finish.
Garnish: Use a few whole green grapes to garnish the top for an attractive presentation and an extra burst of flavor.
Prepare the syrup: To make the simple syrup, combine equal parts water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer while swirling the pan occasionally until the sugar completely dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool before using in the drink.
Notes
For a healthier version, reduce the syrup quantity or use a sugar substitute.
The drink is best served immediately to enjoy the freshness of fruits and crisp ice.
You can substitute green grapes with red grapes for a slightly different flavor profile.
Adjust the amount of syrup based on your desired sweetness.
Ensure the simple syrup is fully cooled before adding to the drink to avoid melting the ice too quickly.
