A creamy, no-bake Peanut Butter Cream Pie featuring a smooth peanut butter and cream cheese filling folded with whipped topping in a graham cracker crust, topped with chopped peanuts for added crunch. Perfect as a quick and delicious dessert that requires minimal prep and refrigerating overnight.

Ingredients

Filling

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 6 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Crust and Topping

  • 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add the confectioners’ sugar and peanut butter, then continue beating until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the milk: Gradually pour in the whole milk while beating the mixture, ensuring everything is fully incorporated and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping: Using a spatula, gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture until just combined to maintain a light and airy texture.
  4. Spoon the filling into the crust: Pour the prepared peanut butter filling into the graham cracker crust, smoothing the top evenly. Cover the pie with plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate overnight: Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill overnight to allow the filling to set properly.
  6. Slice and serve: Before serving, sprinkle the chopped peanuts evenly over the top of the chilled pie to add a crunchy texture. Slice and serve immediately. Optional: garnish individual slices with chocolate drizzle, caramel sauce, whipped cream, or cherries for extra indulgence.

Notes

  • The pie requires no baking, making it a quick and easy dessert option.
  • For a richer flavor, use natural or homemade peanut butter.
  • If desired, replace whole milk with a milk alternative for a different dietary preference.
  • Leftovers can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Adding a chocolate or caramel drizzle enhances the dessert’s presentation and taste.
