Ingredients

Cheese Filling

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

Phyllo Dough

  • 1 package (10 oz) phyllo dough, thawed
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • Olive oil spray

Chili Honey

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta, ricotta cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated, creating a creamy and flavorful cheese filling.
  3. Prepare Phyllo Dough: Carefully unroll the phyllo dough onto a clean, dry surface. Keep the dough covered with a damp cloth during preparation to prevent it from drying out and becoming brittle.
