Ingredients

Crust

  • 30 Golden Oreos
  • 5 Tablespoons butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream

Topping

  • 15 Golden Oreos
  • 2 ounces freeze dried strawberries
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Make the crust: Process 30 Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor. Add 5 tablespoons of melted butter and stir until the crumbs are evenly coated and combine well.
  2. Form the crust in jars: Spoon about 1½ to 2 tablespoons of the crust mixture into each jar. Lightly press down with the back of a measuring spoon to create an even crust layer.
  3. Beat the cream cheese: In a mixing bowl, beat 24 ounces of softened cream cheese until smooth and free of lumps, scraping down the sides as needed for uniform texture.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk: Gradually add 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk to the cream cheese, mixing continuously to combine thoroughly.
  5. Mix in strawberry preserves: Beat in 1 cup of strawberry preserves until well incorporated into the mixture.
  6. Whip in heavy cream: With the mixer on low speed, slowly drizzle in 1½ cups of heavy whipping cream. Once combined, increase the speed to high and whip until the filling becomes thick and fluffy.
  7. Fill the jars: Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the crust layer in each jar, smoothing the tops as desired.
  8. Prepare the strawberry crunch topping: Pulse 15 Golden Oreos and 2 ounces of freeze dried strawberries in the food processor until coarse crumbs form.
  9. Add butter to topping: Mix 2 tablespoons of softened butter into the crumb mixture, working it until you achieve a crumble texture.
  10. Top the jars: Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of the strawberry crunch topping evenly over each cheesecake jar.
  11. Chill before serving: Refrigerate the jars until well chilled and set, about 2 hours, before serving.

Notes

  • Use softened cream cheese and butter for easier mixing and smoother texture.
  • The strawberry preserves add natural sweetness and a fruity flavor, but you can substitute with any berry jam of your choice.
  • Pressing the crust firmly ensures a stable base that holds the filling well.
  • The heavy whipping cream ensures the cheesecake filling is light and fluffy; be careful not to overwhip.
  • You can prepare these jars a day in advance and keep refrigerated until serving.
  • For an extra touch, garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
