Ingredients

  • 2 large carrots, peeled
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the carrots and oranges.
  2. Cut the carrots into smaller pieces to fit into the juicer or blender.
  3. Place the carrot pieces, orange segments, honey (if using), and water or coconut water into a blender or juicer.
  4. Blend or juice until smooth and well combined.
  5. If using a blender, strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture, or keep as is for a thicker juice.
  6. Pour the juice into a glass, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy.
