This Frozen Yogurt Bark is a refreshing and healthy treat perfect for warm days or a light dessert. Creamy Greek yogurt is sweetened with honey and vanilla, then topped with melted dark chocolate, fresh berries, and crunchy pecans before being frozen into delightful bark pieces.

Ingredients

Base

  • 32 ounce container of plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings

  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup sliced strawberries (3–4 berries)
  • ⅓ cup raspberries
  • ⅓ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup pecans (roughly chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yogurt mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and fully blended.
  2. Spread the yogurt: Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Evenly spread the yogurt mixture over the parchment paper to create a flat layer.
  3. Melt the chocolate: Place the dark chocolate chips in a medium bowl and microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  4. Swirl the chocolate: Drop small mounds of the melted chocolate over the spread yogurt. Using a toothpick, skewer, or butter knife, swirl the chocolate throughout the yogurt by running the tool up and down across the surface to create a marbled effect.
  5. Add toppings and freeze: Sprinkle the sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and roughly chopped pecans over the swirled yogurt and chocolate. Place the sheet pan in the freezer for 3 hours, or until the bark is completely frozen.
  6. Cut and serve: Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer and use a knife or your hands to break it into pieces. Serve immediately for a frozen treat.
  7. Storage: Store any leftover yogurt bark in an airtight container or resealable freezer bag in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture and richer taste.
  • If you prefer less sweetness, adjust the honey quantity to your taste.
  • Ensure the chocolate chips are fully melted to create smooth swirls and avoid clumps.
  • Use fresh berries and nuts to maintain the best flavor and texture.
  • Store the bark frozen to keep it crisp; thaw slightly at room temperature before eating if desired.
