Celebrate Halloween with these adorable and festive Easy Jack Skellington Oreo Pops. Coated in smooth white chocolate and decorated with Jack Skellington’s iconic face using black icing, these pops are a fun, no-bake treat perfect for parties and trick-or-treaters alike.

Ingredients

Chocolate Coating

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

Oreos and Decoration

  • 12 Halloween Oreos
  • 12 lollipop sticks
  • Black icing, for decorating
  • 12 black ribbons

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate: In a medium heatproof bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second increments, stirring well between each, until the mixture is melted and smooth, about 1 minute total.
  2. Prepare Oreos: Carefully insert a lollipop stick into the cream filling of each Halloween Oreo, ensuring it is secure but without breaking the cookie.
  3. Coat the Oreos: Hold each Oreo over the bowl of melted chocolate and gently spoon the chocolate over both sides to fully coat the cookie. Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl. Place each coated Oreo on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill and Harden: Refrigerate the coated Oreos for 5 to 10 minutes or until the chocolate is fully hardened.
  5. Decorate: Using black icing and a toothpick, carefully draw Jack Skellington’s face on each Oreo pop. Let the icing set slightly.
  6. Finish: Tie a black ribbon in a bow at the base of each Oreo pop around the lollipop stick for a festive touch.

Notes

  • Microwave the chocolate in short bursts and stir often to prevent burning.
  • Use gentle pressure when inserting lollipop sticks to avoid breaking Oreos.
  • Black icing can be substituted with edible food markers for precision.
  • Store pops in an airtight container in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
  • These pops can be made a day ahead and decorated just before serving.
