These 3 Ingredient Blueberry Yogurt Swirl Popsicles combine fresh blueberries, sweetened with agave or honey, and creamy vanilla Greek yogurt to create a refreshing and healthy frozen treat. Perfect for hot days, the popsicles have a beautiful tie-dye swirl effect and are easy to make with just a blender and popsicle molds.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (280g) blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 Tablespoons agave syrup or honey
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (or any preferred flavor)

Instructions

  1. Blend Blueberries: Place the blueberries in a food processor or blender and blend on high speed until the berries are nearly liquified into a smooth, smoothie-like consistency.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Pour the thick blueberry liquid into a large bowl and stir in the agave or honey. Add the vanilla Greek yogurt and gently fold the mixture together just enough to create a swirl effect without fully blending the colors.
  3. Fill Popsicle Molds: Evenly pour the blueberry yogurt mixture into popsicle molds. If your molds have slots for sticks, insert them now. If not, freeze the mixture for about 2 hours first, then insert wooden popsicle sticks into the semi-frozen popsicles.
  4. Freeze: Freeze the popsicles for an additional 4 to 6 hours, or overnight, until fully solid.
  5. Serve: To remove the popsicles easily, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy your refreshing blueberry yogurt swirl popsicles on a hot day!

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen blueberries depending on availability.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less agave or honey to taste.
  • For a more intense blueberry flavor, use fresh ripe blueberries if possible.
  • Ensure not to over-mix to maintain the pretty swirl pattern in the popsicles.
  • Popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
