A vibrant and refreshing non-alcoholic mocktail combining tropical fruit juices with fizzy soda and creamy sherbet for a colorful, summery treat.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 12 tablespoons strawberry syrup or puree
  • 1/3 cup lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite)
  • 12 scoops rainbow sherbet or tropical-flavored sherbet

Instructions

  1. In a chilled glass, pour equal parts pineapple juice and orange juice, filling about two-thirds of the glass.
  2. Add 1–2 tablespoons of strawberry syrup or puree for a sweet fruit swirl.
  3. Stir gently to mix the juices and strawberry flavor while maintaining the swirl.
  4. Top off the mocktail with lemon-lime soda for a fizzy finish.
  5. Add 1–2 scoops of rainbow or tropical sherbet on top and let it naturally swirl into the drink.
  6. Insert a straw or spoon and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Best served immediately to enjoy the fizz and creamy texture.
  • You can prep the juice and syrup mix in advance and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
