Ingredients

Broth:

  • 4 cups chicken broth

Main Ingredients:

  • 12 oz shrimp
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 5 kaffir lime leaves
  • 23 chili peppers

Seasonings:

  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the broth: Bring chicken broth to a gentle boil in a pot.
