Instructions
Prepare the Setup: Use a large tray or table with craft paper underneath. Place the hot cocoa mix in a large bowl in the center.
Arrange Ingredients: Surround the hot cocoa mix with all the toppings and mix-ins.
Prepare Hot Cocoa: Warm water in a kettle or pot. Add 2-4 tablespoons of hot cocoa mix to a cup, pour hot water or warm milk, and add desired toppings.
