Ingredients
½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 Tbsp honey or agave nectar (optional)
1 tsp flaxseed or chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
Add the strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, milk, and optional sweetener or seeds into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if too thick or ice cubes if using fresh fruit.
