Brisket:

  • 57 pound brisket, fat trimmed

Seasoning:

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

BBQ Sauce:

  • 1 cup bbq sauce, divided

Garnish:

  • Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add brisket: Place brisket in a 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Season: Pour in beef broth, worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Season with paprika, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic salt, and black pepper.
  3. Top with sauce: Pour ½ cup of bbq sauce over the brisket.
  4. Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours until tender.
