Ingredients

Chicken Skewers:

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (or more to taste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cut Chicken: Cut chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Mix chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and salt. Set aside.
  4. Skewer Chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
