1 pack instant ramen noodles
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1 large egg
everything bagel seasoning (to taste)
Instructions
Cook Ramen Noodles: Cook and drain the ramen noodles according to package instructions; set aside.
Sauté Aromatics: In a pan over medium heat, melt butter, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar.
Combine Noodles and Sauce: Add cooked noodles to the pan, toss with sauce until coated.
Add Egg: Push noodles to one side, crack egg into pan, scramble until set.
Finish and Serve: Mix scrambled egg with noodles, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, and enjoy!
Notes
The seasoning pack from the ramen can be saved for later use.
