Ingredients

Korean Radish Preparation:

  • 1 Korean radish or daikon radish, about 200g
  • ½ tsp salt

Salad Ingredients:

  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp white sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare Korean Radish: Peel and cut the radish into matchsticks.
  2. Draw Out Water: Coat radish with salt, let sit in a colander for 30 minutes to draw out water.
  3. Prepare Other Ingredients: Chop green onion, mince garlic, and grate ginger.
