Ingredients
Korean Radish Preparation:
1 Korean radish or daikon radish, about 200g
½ tsp salt
Salad Ingredients:
1 stalk green onion
2 tsp garlic, minced
½ tsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp white sesame seeds
Instructions
Prepare Korean Radish: Peel and cut the radish into matchsticks.
Draw Out Water: Coat radish with salt, let sit in a colander for 30 minutes to draw out water.
