Ingredients

For the Potatoes:

  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (to season potatoes)

For the Chicken:

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare Potatoes: Wash and chop the potatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Layer in Slow Cooker: Place seasoned potatoes in the slow cooker. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Lay chicken on top of potatoes.
  3. Add Flavor: Spread minced garlic over the chicken. Coat with Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce.
  4. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked and potatoes are tender.
  5. Add Cheese: In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle mozzarella over the top. Let it melt.
  6. Serve: Garnish with extra Parmesan or herbs and serve warm.
