Ingredients

Beef & Marinade:

  • 1 ½ lbs beef (flank, sirloin, ribeye, or filet)
  • 1 cup beef stock or broth

  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Additional:

  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
