Kielbasa:
1 lb kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
Potatoes:
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
Broccoli:
2 cups broccoli florets
Seasonings:
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large sheet pan with parchment paper or grease.
Roast Potatoes: Toss halved baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes until they soften.
