Sausage Ramen is a delicious and satisfying loaded ramen bowl featuring crispy sausages and sautéed onions in a flavorful broth. Quick and light, this dish is perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

For the Sausage Ramen:

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ large Onion, chopped
  • 14 ounces Smoked Sausage, sliced (e.g., Kielbasa)
  • 3 cups Water
  • 3 blocks Ramen Noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 packet Goya Sazon

Instructions

  1. Sauté Sausage and Onion: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté chopped onion and sliced sausage in olive oil until slightly crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add Water and Noodles: Slowly pour water into the skillet. Add Ramen Noodles (without seasoning packets). Allow to boil, turning the noodles frequently until softened and fully submerged in water.
  3. Finish Cooking: Cook until most liquid is absorbed, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in Goya seasoning, and serve.
