Ingredients

Italian Sausage:

  • 2 pounds Italian sausage links, cut into 2-inch pieces

Potato Mixture:

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
  • 2 large green bell peppers, seeded and cut into wedges
  • 2 large red bell peppers, seeded and cut into wedges
  • 3 large onions, cut into wedges

Seasonings and Liquids:

  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook Italian Sausage: Brown the Italian sausage in olive oil in a skillet. Transfer to a baking dish.

  3. Combine Ingredients: Place the vegetables in the baking dish with the sausage. Pour wine and chicken stock over the mixture. Sprinkle with seasonings.
