Black Beans, drained and rinsed:

1 can (15 oz)

Tomato Paste:

1 can (6 oz)

Chili Powder:

2 tablespoons

Cumin:

1 teaspoon

Smoked Paprika:

1/2 teaspoon

Cayenne Pepper:

1/2 teaspoon

Salt and Pepper:

To taste

Beef Broth:

2 cups

Olive Oil:

For sautéing

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil: Start by heating up the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and cook until soft.
