Ingredients

Boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 4 chicken breasts

Salt and pepper

  • To taste

Garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon

Paprika

  • 1 teaspoon

Olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons

Butter

  • 2 tablespoons

Garlic minced

  • 4 cloves

Heavy cream

  • 1 cup

Grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup

Chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup

Fresh parsley

  • Optional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Sear chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, scraping up browned bits.
  4. Add Parmesan: Lower heat, stir in Parmesan until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. Combine and simmer: Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  6. Garnish and serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
