These Quick and Easy Garlic Bread Rolls are fluffy, flavorful, and perfect for any meal. The soft rolls are infused with garlic butter and fresh parsley, making them a delicious addition to your table.

Ingredients

Dough:

  • 4 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 1/2 cups + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 cup whole or 2% milk (warmed to 110°F)
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)

Garlic Butter:

  • 1 beaten egg, for brushing the tops
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Flaky sea salt (for finishing)

Instructions

  1. Lightly butter the pan: Prepare a 9×13 pan by greasing it and setting it aside.
  2. Melt garlic butter: In a pot, melt 4 1/2 tablespoons of butter and add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, then set aside to cool.
  3. Mix dough: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, parsley, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warmed milk, egg, and garlic butter. Knead until smooth and soft.
  4. Shape rolls: Divide dough into 12 portions, shape into balls, and place in pan. Let rise until doubled.
  5. Preheat oven: Heat to 350°F/180°C.
  6. Brush with egg wash: Brush rolls with beaten egg and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden.
  7. Make garlic butter: Melt butter, add garlic and parsley, then brush over baked rolls. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve warm.

  • For accurate measuring of flour, spoon it into the measuring cup and level off with a knife.
