Ingredients

Cinnamon Roll Pieces:

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, divided

Brown Sugar Glaze:

  • ½ cup (100g) packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cinnamon Roll Pieces: Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces.
  2. Coat the Pieces: In a bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice. Add the cut-up cinnamon rolls to the bag, seal, and shake to coat.
  3. Make the Glaze: Mix brown sugar and melted butter.
  4. Assemble and Bake: Place coated rolls in the pan, drizzle with the butter mixture, and bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes or until golden.
  5. Finish and Serve: Cool for 5 minutes, then invert the bread onto a plate. Mix the remaining pumpkin spice with the icing, drizzle over the bread, and serve warm.
