Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Bites:

  • 15.25 ounces spice cake mix
  • ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice

For Coating:

  • 12 ounces white almond bark

Instructions

  1. Heat Treat Cake Mix: Microwave the dry cake mix in two 30-second intervals, then let it cool.
  2. Prepare Cheesecake Mixture: Beat pumpkin puree and cream cheese until smooth. Add cooled cake mix and mix well.
  3. Chill: Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.
