Ingredients

Potatoes:

  • 5 pounds red potatoes, thinly sliced or cubed

Onion Mixture:

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) and grease a 9 by 13 inch casserole dish.
