Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Crust

  • 16 Oreos

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened* (28 ounce packages)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Large and small Oreo cookie crumbs (about 6 Oreos)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cupcake pan with paper liners, place 1 Oreo in each.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla until smooth. Fold in Oreo crumbs.
  3. Spoon cheesecake mixture onto Oreos. Top with more crumbs.
  4. Bake for 14-16 mins. Cool, refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve chilled.
