A delicious and easy-to-make recipe for One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli that combines tender sirloin steak with cheese ravioli in a creamy garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Cheese Ravioli:

  • 12 oz cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)

Steak:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ravioli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside (drizzle with a little olive oil to prevent sticking if needed).
  2. Sear Steak: Season steak cubes generously with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak on all sides until golden brown and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add remaining 3 tbsp butter and garlic. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in cream and Parmesan. Let simmer gently for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Add red pepper flakes if using.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked ravioli and steak back into the skillet. Toss gently to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.
  5. Finish and Serve: Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • This dish pairs well with a side salad or crusty bread.
  • Adjust the red pepper flakes to suit your spice preference.
