This No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna is a layered dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy sweetened cream cheese mixture, fluffy whipped topping, and fresh strawberries. Perfectly chilled and topped with extra strawberries and crumbs, this easy-to-make treat requires no baking and is ideal for a quick, refreshing dessert.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (divided)
  • 1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter, melted

Cheesecake Layer

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Fruit and Topping

  • 2 (8-ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed (1 used in cheesecake layer, 1 for topping)
  • 1 (16-ounce) container fresh strawberries, divided

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  2. Form the crust layer: Firmly press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 glass or porcelain dish to create an even crust layer. Place the dish in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to let the crust firm up.
  3. Make the cheesecake layer: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and one container of whipped topping. Stir thoroughly until smooth and well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  4. Prepare the strawberries: Set aside 5-6 whole strawberries for decoration. Wash, hull, and slice the remaining strawberries to use as a layer on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Assemble the strawberry layer: Evenly layer the sliced strawberries over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Add the whipped topping: Spread the remaining container of whipped topping over the strawberry layer to create the final creamy topping.
  7. Chill the lasagna: Refrigerate the assembled dessert for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the layers to set.
  8. Add final decorations and serve: Before serving, top the dessert with the reserved whole and chopped strawberries. Sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs over the top, using as much as desired.
  9. Optional sweetening: If the strawberries are not sweet enough, mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice with the sliced strawberries. Let them macerate briefly and drain before layering to avoid excess moisture.

Notes

  • Use a glass or porcelain dish to avoid any metallic taste and for better presentation.
  • Chilling overnight enhances the flavor and texture.
  • Drain strawberries after sweetening to prevent the crust from becoming soggy.
  • This dessert is best served chilled and can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For a different flavor, try substituting strawberries with blueberries or raspberries.
