Indulge in these decadent Milky Ways – rich layers of chocolate, caramel, and marshmallow fluff that melt in your mouth. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth cravings!

Ingredients

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • 11 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ⅔ cup evaporated milk

For the Marshmallow Fluff Layer:

  • 7 oz container of marshmallow fluff

For the Caramel Layer:

  • 11 oz bag of soft chewy caramels

For the Outer Chocolate Coating:

  • 10 oz bag of Ghirardelli chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Layer: In a saucepan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with evaporated milk over low heat until smooth. Pour into a lined pan and refrigerate until set.
  2. Create the Marshmallow Fluff Layer: Spread a layer of marshmallow fluff over the chilled chocolate layer.
  3. Make the Caramel Layer: Melt the soft caramels in a saucepan and pour over the marshmallow fluff layer. Allow to cool.
  4. Coat with Chocolate: Melt the Ghirardelli chocolate wafers with vegetable oil. Pour over the caramel layer and chill until set.
  5. Slice and Enjoy: Once set, slice into bars and indulge in the heavenly Milky Ways!

Notes

  • Store Milky Ways in the refrigerator for best texture.
  • You can customize by adding nuts or sea salt on top.
