Ingredients
For the Chocolate Layer:
11 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
⅔ cup evaporated milk
For the Marshmallow Fluff Layer:
7 oz container of marshmallow fluff
For the Caramel Layer:
11 oz bag of soft chewy caramels
For the Outer Chocolate Coating:
10 oz bag of Ghirardelli chocolate melting wafers
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
Prepare the Chocolate Layer: In a saucepan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with evaporated milk over low heat until smooth. Pour into a lined pan and refrigerate until set.
Create the Marshmallow Fluff Layer: Spread a layer of marshmallow fluff over the chilled chocolate layer.
Make the Caramel Layer: Melt the soft caramels in a saucepan and pour over the marshmallow fluff layer. Allow to cool.
Coat with Chocolate: Melt the Ghirardelli chocolate wafers with vegetable oil. Pour over the caramel layer and chill until set.
Slice and Enjoy: Once set, slice into bars and indulge in the heavenly Milky Ways!
