Ingredients

Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Vegetables:

  • 4 small golden potatoes, halved
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 2 corn cobs, cut into chunks

Broth & Seasonings:

  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown Meat: In a large pot, heat olive oil and brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Add Veggies: Stir in potatoes, carrots, corn, peas, and green beans.
  3. Simmer: Pour in tomato sauce and broth. Add paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
