Grinch Fudge is a fast, easy, no-bake sweet treat perfect for Christmas and the hectic holiday season. Creamy white chocolate fudge with a hint of clear vanilla and a festive green color, topped with red heart candy sprinkles.

Ingredients

For the Fudge:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter, chilled and cubed
  • ¾ teaspoon clear vanilla extract
  • ¼½ teaspoon gel green food coloring (Electric Green #162 – Americolor brand)

For Topping:

  • 25 extra-large red heart candy sprinkles (Wilton brand red JUMBO hearts)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8 pan with aluminum foil, leaving overhang. Lightly spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Melt Ingredients: In a saucepan, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter on medium-low heat, stirring often for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add Flavor and Color: Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and green food coloring until uniform in color.
  4. Spread the Fudge: Quickly spread the fudge in the pan in an even layer.
  5. Add Toppings: Place rows of red heart candy sprinkles on top of the fudge.
  6. Cool and Chill: Let the fudge cool, then refrigerate to set.
  7. Slice and Serve: Lift fudge out of the pan using the foil, slice into 25 pieces.
