Ingredients

For the Steak Strips:

  • 1 lb sirloin or flank steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 tsp salt (kosher salt preferred)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

For the Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Pat the steak strips dry, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and let rest at room temperature.
  2. Step 2: Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and garlic for the glaze.
