Ingredients

Green Grapes:

2 pounds

Red Grapes:

2 pounds

Cream Cheese:

3 ounces, softened

Sour Cream:

1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon

Granulated Sugar:

3 tablespoons

Vanilla Extract:

1 1/2 teaspoons

Light Brown Sugar:

1 tablespoon

Pecans:

2 1/2 tablespoons, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and Dry Grapes: Wash and dry the seedless grapes, then set them aside.
  2. Cream Cheese Mixture: Cream together softened cream cheese and sour cream. Add vanilla extract and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Combine Grapes and Dressing: Toss green and red grapes together in a bowl. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the grapes and stir to coat.
  4. Chill: Cover the grape salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
