Ingredients
For the Steak Bites:
1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1” cubes
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tablespoons butter, divided
4–5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Prepare the Steak: Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
Sear the Steak: Cook the seasoned steak cubes in a hot skillet until browned on all sides.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter in the skillet, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.
Combine: Toss the cooked steak in the garlic butter sauce, then serve hot sprinkled with parsley.
Notes
Serve as an appetizer for 4-6 or as a main course for 2-4.
Avoid overcooking the steak for best results.
