Ingredients

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1” cubes
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak: Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the Steak: Cook the seasoned steak cubes in a hot skillet until browned on all sides.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter in the skillet, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.
