Ingredients

For the seafood:

  • 1 lb shrimp tails, peeled & deveined
  • 1 lb lobster tail meat, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the garlic butter sauce:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the seafood: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and lobster tails. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until just cooked through.
  2. Prepare the garlic butter sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine and serve: Pour the hot garlic butter over the shrimp and lobster. Toss gently to coat evenly. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the dish and serve immediately with crusty bread, white rice, or pasta. Optional: Save extra garlic butter in a dipping bowl on the side for added flavor.
