Ingredients

Skirt Steak:

  • 2 lbs skirt steak

Seasoning:

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 6 tsp garlic, minced
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut and Season Steak: Cut the skirt steak to fit into your skillet. Pat it dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Cook Steak: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the steak on both sides for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Rest the steaks on a plate.
