Ingredients

Tuna Salad:

  • 1 (5 oz) can of tuna, drained
  • 23 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped red or green onion
  • 1 tbsp celery or pickles, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Assembly:

  • 2 slices of bread (your favorite variety)
  • Lettuce or spinach leaves
