Ingredients

Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, divided

Monkey Bread:

  • ½ cup (100g) packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Prep the Rolls: Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces and coat with a mixture of granulated sugar and pumpkin spice.
  3. Make the Butter Mixture: Combine brown sugar and melted butter.
  4. Assemble: Place coated rolls in the pan and drizzle with the butter mixture.
  5. Bake: Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
