Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • Salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons butter

For the Pasta:

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • Salt

For the Cowboy Butter Sauce:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Pasta: Boil linguine until al dente. Drain, reserving pasta water.
