These delicious Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory, cheesy, and perfect for any gathering or weeknight dinner. A flavorful beef and cheese filling wrapped in dough, baked until golden brown, and brushed with garlic Parmesan butter.

Ingredients

For the Beef Filling:

  • 450 g ground beef
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 120 g shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: diced crispy bacon
  • Optional: chopped pickles
  • Optional: caramelized onions

For the Dough:

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough, cut into 812 rounds and flattened to 10 cm diameter
  • 28 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 5 g minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 15 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown and Season the Beef – In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
  2. Incorporate Cheese and Prepare Filling – Mix cooled beef with cheese and optional add-ins like pickles or onions.
  3. Shape and Fill the Dough Rounds – Place beef mixture on flattened dough rounds, seal into balls.
  4. Arrange and Top – Brush with garlic butter, sprinkle with Parmesan.
  5. Bake Until Golden – Bake at 190°C for 15–18 minutes.
  6. Finish and Garnish – Brush with remaining garlic butter, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
