Roasted Green Chiles:

  • 6 large, peeled and seeded

Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese:

Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese:

  • 1 cup

Large Eggs:

Whole Milk:

  • 1/2 cup

All-Purpose Flour:

  • 2 tablespoons

Baking Powder:

  • 1 teaspoon

Salt:

Black Pepper:

Instructions
