  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 basil leaves, julienned

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the chicken: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side. Transfer chicken to the crockpot.
