Ingredients

Brisket:

  • 57 pound brisket, fat trimmed

Seasoning:

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Additional:

  • 1 cup bbq sauce, divided
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Brisket: Place brisket in slow cooker.
  2. Add Seasoning: Pour in beef broth, worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Season with paprika, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add BBQ Sauce: Pour ½ cup of bbq sauce over the top.
  4. Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours until tender.
  5. Optional Broiling: For a crust, broil brisket after cooking.
  6. Serve: Slice brisket and garnish with parsley.

  • The broiling step is optional but adds a nice crust.
