Lobster Tails:
4 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)
Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or parsley
Paprika, for seasoning
Instructions
Prepare the Lobster Tails: Preheat the oven. Cut the lobster tails open along the top shell and meat. Gently lift the meat, leaving it attached at the base. Place on a baking sheet.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic. Stir in cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
Cook the Lobster: Brush lobster meat with sauce. Bake until cooked through. Baste with sauce while baking.
Finish and Serve: Sprinkle with herbs, paprika. Serve hot with extra sauce.
