Ingredients

Lobster Tails:

  • 4 lobster tails (46 oz each)

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or parsley
  • Paprika, for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lobster Tails: Preheat the oven. Cut the lobster tails open along the top shell and meat. Gently lift the meat, leaving it attached at the base. Place on a baking sheet.
  2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic. Stir in cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Cook the Lobster: Brush lobster meat with sauce. Bake until cooked through. Baste with sauce while baking.
  4. Finish and Serve: Sprinkle with herbs, paprika. Serve hot with extra sauce.
