Ingredients

Pasta and Meat

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 12 oz egg noodles

Dairy and Base Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Vegetables

  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Boil the egg noodles: Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté onions: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  3. Cook chicken: Add chicken to the skillet, season with bouillon, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until nearly done.
