Ingredients

For the Beef Sauce:

  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 14 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
