Ingredients

Crabby Shrimp Filling:

  • 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab), shredded
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for a kick

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf crusty Italian bread
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

  2. Sauté shrimp: Sauté shrimp in olive oil until pink & cooked (3–4 min). Chop into small pieces.

  4. Stuff bread: Hollow out the bread loaf (leave the bottom intact), stuff generously with the seafood mixture.
  5. Brush with butter: Brush the top with melted butter & extra garlic.
  6. Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes until the top is golden and the filling is melty.
  7. Slice and serve: Let cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized bombs. Serve warm!
