Ingredients
Crabby Shrimp Filling:
1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab), shredded
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes for a kick
Additional Ingredients:
1 loaf crusty Italian bread
2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté shrimp: Sauté shrimp in olive oil until pink & cooked (3–4 min). Chop into small pieces.
Prepare filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, crab meat, and shrimp. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
Stuff bread: Hollow out the bread loaf (leave the bottom intact), stuff generously with the seafood mixture.
Brush with butter: Brush the top with melted butter & extra garlic.
Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes until the top is golden and the filling is melty.
Slice and serve: Let cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized bombs. Serve warm!
