Ingredients

For the Fudge:

  • 22 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons cotton candy flavoring, divided
  • ½ to ¾ teaspoon pink gel food coloring
  • ½ to ¾ teaspoon purple gel food coloring

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides. Set aside.
  2. Melt Ingredients: In a saucepan, melt white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter until smooth.
  3. Divide Mixture: Separate melted mixture into two bowls.
  4. Add Colors: Add flavoring and pink coloring to one bowl, and flavoring and purple coloring to the other. Stir to color.
  5. Layer and Swirl: Drop spoonfuls of each color into the pan. Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
  6. Chill: Cover with parchment paper and chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator or 4 hours at room temperature.
